Looking east.
The views during this portion of the hike-a-bike are more than capable of distracting you from the task at hand.
If you're bonking at this point (like I was), you'll be psyched to know the lake is *actually* just over that rise.
Steeper and rougher than my sub-par photography skills can capture. Very fun descending for the technically inclined.
If you ain't hikin', you ain't bikin'!
The views from the lake are definitely worthy of a photo or twelve.
