Looking out across the Minden Valley.
Taking a break from the long climb to admire the wildflowers and view of Carson Valley below.
Cruising the runout after negotiating the steep tricky switchbacks and long downhill out of Genoa Cyn. Good to bring layers, the sun and temps drop fast toward the end of the day.
The warning sight at the top of Lower Genoa Canyon Trail seems to cover all the basis for a rowdy descent.
End of ride - headed back to the Genoa Cyn trailhead and a frosty cold one at the Genoa Bar.
