There is no official trailhead. You'll just see this sign on the left side of the road and a clearing for parking on the other side.
Viewing west from the first of a few hairpins on the steep descent.

There are still plenty of mud holes to contend with in the middle of summer!
More mud holes. This ones too deep to go through. Most of the trail is pretty dry except for a few spots like this.
