This is the split about 50 feet down from the entrance near Blue Slide Playground. Horse Trough begins on the left. Photo taken standing on lower Bench, which proceeds out to the right where the sign stands.
The entrance near Blue Slide is off the paved trail between the bench and picnic table. Trailhead is marked "Bench" but splits shortly below...
Singletrack zig zags between the trees on an off-camber, rooty section next to the fairway. Can be slick at times.
Twisty singletrack next to edge of hillside requires regular foliage maintenance.
This is the second berm, seen from Jay's shortcut merge; it has a little step down rock edge to prevent gravel from eroding the berm.
