Below the two bridges, the trail becomes more gravelly over exposed red clay, because of frequent city water runoff. Avoid after a storm.
After the s-turn berms, there is a roller and then a double jump before you merge with the main, multi-use trail (see bench in background). Check your speed.
There's a few tricky rock gardens and exposed roots on this trail. Best to keep your momentum and not touch the brakes when wet.
