This is a very fast section of the trail just before the center of the trail where it meets up with the Neal Thorpe trail. Careful here because it's after a long and steep decline and the trail is close to a drop-off against the edge of the creek.

This bridge will test your ability to ride skinnies. Look where you want to go!
Mile Marker 4.5 ; portajohns are at the bridge just ahead. This is typical surface.
Piece of metal pole before the last corner turning left (heading west) when leaving the brush.
There's a piece of a metal pole sticking up in the middle of the trail. It's right before the last corner that turns left (heading east) coming out of the brush.
There's a decently sized log across this section of the trail, although, I was able to bump-hop over it without a problem.
