The camera doesn't do justice to how knarly these rocky switchbacks are. But the good news is that you are almost done, unless you are riding CW, then you're just getting started. ;)
This rock garden is the last (or first) true technical featuer on a lap at Selma. It is much easier on a CW lap as you hit it on a downhill run. Uphill can be tough if you don't know the lines.
North Georgia mountains? Nope! This is right in the heart of Selma Erwin Nature Preserve.
Free Beer (tomorrow), Y'all! When you make it to the top of this steep, rooty, technical climb, you need some refreshment!
