Need to Know

The dirt jump/skills park no longer exists.

Description

This trail was designed and built, by the volunteer group Toledo Free Ride, with the approval of the city of Toledo. The trail offers something for all skill levels from beginner to experienced. The trail is labeled showing easier paths vs. more difficult. All obstacles and jumps are labeled with a route to bypass them if a beginner rider wishes to skip them.

The trail is placed in a city park that runs along the Ottawa River and the Ottawa Golf course. The trail utilizes the available terrain giving a surprising amount of elevation change for this flat region of Ohio. It offers fast flowing sections along the river.

The official trailhead is located at the tennis courts in Jermain Park.

Trail was 95% dry. There were a few trees down, and a couple wet spots but overall it's in great shape. Get out and ride!

Rode the trail to cut back overhanging branches. More trail work was done by many volunteers to improve the trail condition. 4mi — 3h 00m
