This is a fast singletrack trail consisting of mostly hard pack dirt. There are a few rock outcroppings and some sections of rock with a couple small creek and drainage crossings. Watch for exposed roots, loose-over-hardpack conditions and be sure to rail the S-Turn Berm midway through the loop.

The fire road that leads to the Roundhouse Memorial intersects the trail and you can turn around and take it as an out-and-back to extend your mileage on this short loop.
