Description

Heading away from the top of the Crescent chairlift, ride down the ridge to the Viking Yurt visible in front of you. Take a sharp left at the yurt on the dirt road (ski run called Silver Queen), pass Tommy Two Steps on the right before reaching a sharp right onto Steps.

Plunge your way down through sage and wooded pockets as the switchbacks tighten and the trail surface gets looser the lower you go. Pause to admire the well-preserved Queen Water Tanks at one turn before you are deposited at the Home Run dirt road.
