Edwards is an old school adventure of roots, steep side slopes, and very narrow tread.

Description

Edwards Trail is a legacy trail built on a steep hill side with no benching. Consequently the tread is often only 6 inches wide with numerous exposed lateral Birch roots, a short 8 inch skinny, short steep climbs over mats of roots under dense Hemlock cover, several short steep, narrow, rooty descents, and a short section of sandy stream bed.

It's all capped with a challenging climb up a eroded, root strewn pitch leading back to Hillside Trail.
