Start on route 438, and enjoy a short steep trail section, then some off-camber trail riding. Climb to the top at the stone wall, and hammer it from then on, until you get to the model airplane field (large field, on a sunny day watch out for low flying model aircraft - just kidding!).

Follow the trail through the field, enter back into the woods where you'll come to a creek, take a left at creek (if you go across the creek you'll enter North Woods trail), follow short woods section and you'll end back on 438 where you can continue on to Orchard trail.
