If you're coming from the South Ogden BST northbound, continue until the trail ends at the service road. At the BST's northern-most service road crossing, stay downhill. If you are parking at the 22nd Street trailhead, head north uphill 200' to the service road, and continue on the service road north for .2 miles. Two trails head downhill here, take the closest singletrack downhill on your left. It joins up with another trail after about 500', and then splits off again, take the next shallow left that heads downhill. Rage downhill for a mile. There's a rusted out old car on the left (going downhill) in the trees about halfway down.

After it flattens out you'll intersect the end of the Birdsong Trail which climbs back up south to the northern end of Fillmore Street. Otherwise continue on the singletrack across the meadow to Rainbow Gardens. To access the North Ogden BST from Rainbow Gardens, cross Valley Drive and take the bike path about 200' to the bridge crossing the Ogden River. Continue through the underpass to the North Ogden BST parking area. The start of the North Ogden BST singletrack is on the south end of this parking lot.
