Description

Starts off Castle Dr with singletrack on a steep slope with good views of the bay. Continues up the Palo Seco Creek canyon in mixed forest to the meadow area widening to a doubletrack/fire road. Above the meadow, the trail hugs the creek in redwoods and climbs gradually up to Bayview Sequoia.

BTCEB, City of Oakland, and Hilride just finished a reroute at the top with some nice singletrack and switchbacks to avoid the wall that was there before.
