Humpty Dumpty is the third of three loops leaving from the end of the access road. The two ends of this loop are the leftmost of the trails leaving from the end of the road. This description is for doing the trail counter-clockwise, although either direction works well.

Head out on the singletrack and enjoy it as it snakes through the woods. The first intersection you get to will be tricky. Not only does it contain a cut over to Rib Tickler, but it also meets up with the return portion of Humpty Dumpty. I guess that makes this loop actually a figure 8.

Don't hang the right over to Rib Tickler, but take the next "rightest" trail and follow the singletrack out towards the creek, losing elevation until the trail turns and heads back uphill, all the while snaking back and forth with some great flow. When you get back to the figure 8 point, stay right.

On the way back to the access road, you'll see the connector that goes over to the Overland trail. That is not as interesting as the twisting singletrack, so stay on the trail until you reach back to the start.
