The Wardrobe is the middle section of the Hubbard Hills trail system, connecting The Pinery and Supatwist. Currently there are two pieces of trail that run across the Wardrobe. One piece lies just outside the seven acre hay field and is slightly wider and easily negotiated. The other piece runs parallel, but is divided by hardwoods just inside the wood perimeter of the field. This piece of singletrack has some fun twists and simple ups and downs. The trail runs between some walnut trees and can present an interesting experience in the fall when the nuts are falling.


About Hubbard Hills:

In 2010, Vernon Trails formed a relationship with a private land owner in Viroqua to build a shared-use trail system on 25+ acres of land that starts in town and spans just beyond city limits. Due to the easy accessibility of this trail system, the trails have been designed to offer something fun for all abilities of trail users. Since the development of this trail system, Vernon Trails has started working on adjacent lands to add additional mileage and with the plans of building a connector trail to Sidie Hollow County Park.
