Originally developed as an alternative to a more difficult climb from the bottom of Sidie Hollow to the top, Wind Up runs up the northern edge of the mountain and reaches The Bobby in .7 of a mile. The lower flow through cedar trees, the rock armored dry wash crossing, and the expertly built rolling crown switchbacks will almost make a rider forget that they are gaining 300 vertical feet in less than a mile.

Sidie Hollow County Park is 521 scenic acres, including a 40-acre lake formed as part of a flood control dam. Vernon Trails has designed and developed a shared-use, natural surface trail system that surrounds the lake, trout streams, and campgrounds. Sidie Hollow's 10 miles of trails offer something for everybody, from beginners to advanced riders.
