Description

Cub Creek Road is a dirt/gravel doubletrack forest road that begins at West Chewuck Road about 6 miles from Winthrop, WA. Cub Creek Rd. provides access to the South West side of Buck Mountain Trail Loop ride. Most common is taking Cub Creek Road up 5.25 miles to the "Deer Country" sign, connecting to Buck Mountain Trial. It also connects to Buck Mountain Trail through NF-025 which is about 2 miles up Cub Creek Road from West Chewuck Road, however this route is most commonly used for the return trip.
