Description

While this is not an actual MTB trail, it does provide an excellent workout for endurance training, or a place to take the kids for an intro to MTB if you live close.

It is a multi use groomed dirt path with a couple singletrack offshoots. It's out and back so the mileage shown would be doubled if you complete the entire trail.

Although it is scenic this is definitely not something to go out of your way for if you're looking for a challenge other than cardio.
