A little loose, with rock falls and a short climb. Possible hike-a-bike sections for some.

Description

From the top, the trail is easy at first, weaving a few times through the bushes and rocks. Then there are two steep, challenging rock fall sections that may force an intermediate rider, like me, to dismount. Then, around a turn, you'll be surprised by a steep, 50-yard climb that'll make you say, "uh-oh" because you're in the wrong gear with the seat down. After the climb, the trail resumes its loose, weaving ways down a few more manageable rock falls until it merges with Wilderness Trail, an easy, wide, dirt road.
