Description

A mile long loop through pine woods with a few features to add challenge. Easiest if ridden counterclockwise.

Exercise care when crossing the paved driveway to the park maintenance building. The trail crosses over a large rock with a little descent followed by a turn to the left, then another small rock descent followed by a sharp left turn. Wind around through the woods and come to a easy technical descent, followed by a short easy technical climb with a turn.

When the trail winds around behind the maintenance building, look through the woods to the right, and you'll see the 1.7 mile out-and-back trail leading to the back west loops.

This is also a good tail for any rider to practice high-speed cornering. Try to break a 10mph average (6 minutes)!

This section of the park is rather confusing. There are multiple unmarked intersections. We lapped the trail 3 times before we sorted it out. 2.1mi — 0h 45m
