After schlepping up Darling Hill Road, Pound cake is just what you need to put a smile back on your face.

From the green loop, Pound Cake flows downhill over somewhat rooty singletrack. The beginning offers technical riding of some smooth rolling features, and steep downhills. After that Pound Cake crosses the green loop again, and the riding gets a little easier, but is mostly the same rolling downhills. Finally it crosses a stream before ending at Coronary and across from Fence Post.
