DuPont State Recreational Forest is a very popular multiuse, bi-directional trail system, so be on the lookout for hikers, horses, and other cyclists. It is normally open in any weather although it can close in extended periods of freeze/thaw during the winter.

Description

Shelter Rock starts in the northeast off of Conservation Road and gradually descends to where it ends in the southwest at the intersection of Corn Mill Shoals. It connects to Conservation Road, Barn, Airstrip Trail, and Corn Mill Shoals.
