Nice singletrack that ascends the ridge to the east of town, offering up some great views.

Description

Starting at the end of Idlewild Road in Downtown Winter Park, the trail begins just on the right after the bottom of the old Idlewild Ski Area lift. The beginning is the steepest as you go up some very tight and rocky switchbacks. Things open up a bit and the grade mellows out for a great climb or descent.

Yankee Doodle trail between Meadow Trail and Serendipity is closed. So too is the dirt road. Do not attempt to navigate.

About as good a way as any to climb a thousand odd feet. Reminiscent of Nice Kitty in Buff Creek. Scenic as all hell and continuously interesting.

Excellent downhill. Some critical tight technical corners that you must execute or you roll down the cliff.
