Description

Rich Gulch (GH 62) begins in Lincoln Meadow at the intersection of Prospect Hill Road and Lincoln Park Road. The trail descends steeply, passing Mineral Hill trail to French Gulch Road between the Reiling Dredge trailhead and the Sallie Barber Road trailhead.

The upper section of the road, above Mineral Hill is (just) climbable, however, below the trail intersection is comprised of large, loose rock. It is a hairy downhill (this was along the original Firecracker 50 route).

Rich Gulch is open to motorized use.
