A great trail system with easy access from McCall. There is a bike path under construction to connect the trail system to McCall that should be completed by the Spring of 2015.

The Westy Trail takes you across the trail system on an easy grade with very moderate climbs. The trail has turns and features along the way to keep things interesting. This trail is great to tie in with others to form a nice loop.

The Westy Trail begins off of Polar Express and descends to the Winter recreation parking lot. The trail is of a very mild grade and has some nice turns make for an easy descent or ascent. There is some excellent flow as you go towards the Winter recreation lot. From the Winter Recreation Lot the trail climbs towards the Ditch Witch Trail and utilizes some old logging roads and is generally mellow and straight with few turns.
