The In-and-Out Trail starts at the gate at the entrance to Bethune's Gully. Shortly after the start of the trail, the GLC Track climbs away uphill to the right. After this intersection a fun stretch of banked boardwalk curves through a small gully. From here In-and-Out rolls and climbs along the slope above the bottom of Bethune's Gully. Near a fenced paddock, the Dead Cow Gully Track heads up and right (along the fenceline), while In-and-Out descends via some sharp and fun switchbacks to the Bethune's Gully Track.
