This trail is one way, except for the marked two-way out-and-back connectors parts along the Clinton-Kalamazoo Canal tailings.

Description

Get a full map of River Bends Park from CRAMBA-IMBA by clicking here.

The trail is marked with blue corrugated plastic signs with white bicycle symbols and arrows.

Previously known as part of the Seasonal Loops, recent work has allowed this to become a year round trail. The trail starts with a two-way trail traveling along the Clinton-Kalamazoo Canal tailings before branching left when crossing a corridor cleared by ITC for some powerline construction.

Stay left as the trail begins one way. You'll wind through the Lazy River section, sweeping back and forth amongst trees and over small rollers before two downhill berms lead you to a bench-cut climb and beautiful view of the Clinton River. Stay left for a bit more difficult optional section (signed in Red) or right to ride more of the same. Follow this along the ridge until you reach the two way section of trail again, then head back north along the two-way section and you'll return to the Yellow Loop.
