A beginner would have to walk very little of this trail. It is smooth singletrack through a young forest and swampy area. It is marked as a one way trail on the kiosk at the beginning of the trail (as described here). Although it is the easiest trail in this area, I would also call it the most well thought out. It has a modern bench cut design and is fun to ride. Be advised that there are a couple of short harder sections that might jump out if you're going too fast.

Start near the northeast corner of the marked parking lot. Between a picnic pavilion and a outhouse a doubletrack trail (Huffman Field Loop) goes into the woods. Shorty after the trail takes a right onto the singletrack. This intersection is well marked. From here it is easy to follow the twisty and fun trail until it meets back up with the Hufffman Field Loop. You options are plenty at this point.
