The Chuckanut Recreation Area is a multi-use trail network formed from a patchwork of State Park, County, DNR, and private land. Expect traffic in both directions and yield to hikers and equestrian riders. Dogs must be on leash unless otherwise designated.

Larrabee State Park requires the use of a Discover Pass for every vehicle that enters the park.

Description

A significantly smoother exit from the Lower Ridge Trail. Dan's Traverse takes you past large slabs and rock faces dappled with ferns. When it joins North Lost Lake Trail you can head left down the road or right towards Salal Trail.
