Description

This is an expert trail descending from the northern terminus of the Skyline Trail, down STEEP Wildcat Hollow (named after late night screeching sessions) to Big Buffalo Creek. It connects to the Sidewinder Trail, Twisted Hickory Trail and Buffalo Creek Trail. This is the most technical descents in the entire trail system.

On the upper section, it is very narrow, twisted, and extremely rocky with some drops. The lower section follows an old homestead horse trail down to Big Buffalo Creek. This trail can be traversed either up or down - climbing requires several extended hike-a-bike sections and descending demands excellent bike handling (or dismounting) skills.
