Overview

Surrounding Puddingstone Reservoir in Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park, the 9.5 mile Bonelli Trail offers a great variety of terrain and settings. Users can ride the trail in the surrounding foothills to get exceptional views, take a relatively easy ride at lake level, or do the entire trail as a loop. You can find some singletrack, good climbs and wide open decents

Need to Know

There's a creek crossing on the backside between Rocky Trail and North Shore Trail. It is managed well, rarely deep and usually easily crossed.
There's some rocky tech on the downhill to McKinley Ave.

Description

Although the ride doesn't offer a great deal of technical trails, you'll get a workout with the rolling hills and occasional steep climb. If you want technical sections you can find some. The most difficult portion of the trails are the climbs, so a nice hardtail would do great out there. There are a lot of trails to choose from, so it could keep you occupied for a while if you were up to it.
