This is an extension of the Bommer Ridge Road that dives south on itself after intersecting with the Crystal Cove SP trails. It's a fun ridge ride with short ups and downs and great views of the San Joaquin Hills, canyons and coastline in the distance.

It's a well-traveled dirt road with hikers, often in groups. The trail is usually in good condition with plenty of room to pass. There is a short section where the trail makes you scramble up a steep sheath of rock, however, there is a singletrack that bypasses it if you look out for it.
