Overview
These trails twist and turn through dense pine forest along the upper floodplain of Julington Creek. They are beginner to intermediate level trails with natural features such as small roots and occasional muddy spots to ride over/through.
Need to Know
SORBAJAX conducts occasional workdays for trail maintenance and improvements such as pavers through wet, muddy sections. Check SORBAJAX.org for scheduled events and workdays.
Description
Start this ride on
Red Loop. This trail serves as entrance and exit to entire Losco trail system. Like all three loops in the system, it's flat and features palmetto roots, mud at times, and is generally fairly easy trail to ride. About half-way through
Red Loop, split off onto
White Loop.
You can go either direction of
White Loop but this ride goes counter-clockwise here. Follow very similar trail to what you experienced on
Red Loop and look for another junction, again about half-way through the loop.
Ride the complete
Blue Loop and follow it back to
White Loop to finish whichever half you didn't already ride. Back at
Red Loop, decide whether to exit the system or do a few more laps.
