Description

This is an alternate route to get to the furthest northwest corner of the Bull Mountain complex. Just uphill from here is Springer Mountain, the southern terminus of the Appalachian trail. The way this trail is mapped you'll be going down Babyhead Climb. Be careful here as there are many smooth, round rocks that will put you on the ground quickly. Once you clear that section and cross a creek, the trail becomes doubletrack and stays that way until the end.
