Description

This trail cuts off of the Jackalope trail about 3/4 of the way up the climb. It is well signed and easy to find. The trail starts with sweeping turns that criss-cross back and forth across the gully. As it descends the radius of the turns begin to straighten and the slope begins to mellow slightly allowing for a free release of the brakes and a fast cruise on a smooth ribbon of singletrack.

As it comes to the bottom of the wash there is a short mellow climb up and over the small ridge and down into the next wash where the trail continues. From here the trail is short and easy to follow. It just goes down the wash until it meets back up with the Jackalope trail. The trail intersection comes up on you fast so be prepared for it. From there you can continue on straight to the Serendipity flat trail section, or you can make a right back onto the Jackalope trail and continue on down and back to the trailhead.
