This is a fairly easy ride down and back up. There is a sandy section near the top, but don't let that turn you back! Although it is the biggest sand trap in the entire trail system, the trail turns into a nice flow trail right afterwards.

On the way down there are a few root drops over 4 inches and the only reason I rate this trail easy/intermediate. Once at the bottom the trail spits green and yellow. To stay on Green Loop, turn left and head back up to the parking lot. The trail now heads through some switchbacks with a few breaks. You'll know you are close to the car once the trail levels out.
