Overview

Super fun and quick little hit if you just take the road up... or a great add-on at the end of Comfortably Numb - IMBA Epic.

Need to Know

Some slabby rock features so this could be a little slick when raining. This ride intersects with short segments of Comfortably Numb - IMBA Epic

Description

This ride is classic Whistler with a mixture of (all-rollable) features. This can be super-easy and a quick hit if you don't mind a steeper road approach. To start, head directly up from the parking area at the bottom. It's also possible to ascend on Secret North from the bottom to eliminate some of the road-drone, but you're still going to have a pitch or two above you to climb on the road.

Once on-trail, the vertical you earned is nicely preserved with some lateral movement across the hill, instead of dispatching the descent with a bomb straight to the floor. All-in-all this is very well designed trail.

Out There is a super fun mixture of classic Whistler trail features using natural terrain to move up, over, and down obstacles. There are some fun rock slabs, rooty-sections etc. In addition, the trail has nice flow for the most part. It features a few bridges to get you away from some potentially more tech climbs through rocks.
