This portion of the trail contains the essence of riding at Camp Horizon; challenging climbs, tough obstacles and impressive views of the Arkansas River. This will challenge skilled riders and offers lots of growth for intermediate riders. Several switchbacks, fast downhills and flat out intimidating rock features; be sure to walk sections first if you're not familiar with the area!

Hiking trails intersect with the trail in one marked spot, as well as a power line corridor where utility trucks have cut down all the trees. :-(

The trail is a bit of a mess through this area, but will be repaired soon.
