The Down Dogger Loop is a short ride that combines a quick pedal up Benson Grade and fun flow trail descent on Down Dogger. Loop this over and over!

Start at the main trailhead for the South Trails and pedal out past the trailhead map to the South Parking Connector. Cross the road and pedal up Benson Grade.

Catch your breath and then start Down Dogger just over the penstock to your left. Get the fun descent started with a few rollers over relatively flat terrain. It's not long before Down Dogger gets going with some swoops and berms, dropping off the edge of the hillside and into the tall trees.

The first series of features ends with a quick uphill over a rock outcrop before diving back into more berms and rollers.

The middle of the ride will take you across two bridges and a crossing with the Green Loop before the transition back to roller-coaster style trail that jumps, turns and berms its way to the bottom of the hill.

Stay right to pedal your way back under the road and then bear left to ride back to the main parking area and trailhead.
