Description

Lower Ed & Flo is a fast, fun, and flowing descent. The trail splits from Upper Ed & Flo and is a bit confusing due to a closed trail sign, but you'll see the obviously well-used singletrack.

There are a few trail features (bridges and drops), with easy alternatives routes around all. This trail is typically ridden in the downhill direction.

The trail ends at Lightner Creek and there is a gate that provides an exit to Hwy 160, from there it is a short ride back to the Twin Buttes parking lot.
