Description

The #800/Meadow Creek section of trail has the longest and most sustained vertical of any of the trails off of the Ashley Divide. It's best to take this one down and use an alternant trail/road to the top.

This would be your dog biscuit for the day! Good boy.

Like the other trails in the area, this one is also open to two-wheeled motorized users, whom usually use this as a down trail, so be careful if you head in the up direction as some of the trail doesn't have a clear line of sight. Also, this trail is a bit choosy and eroded on the steeper sections which would make uphill travel a bit taxing.
