Start at the Asbury Trails trailhead before you get to the Asbury University Challenge Course. There is one trail that goes into the woods and splits into two, the trail to the right is a short little technical trail that takes you right up to the challenge course.

The Old Stage Road trail to the left takes you all the way down to the pump station, you'll head down a short section until you hit the gravel road. Once at the road, the rest of the trail starts just up from where it dumps out on the other side of the road.

The first part is rocky, but then you'll cross a bridge and bomb straight down. Next riders will meet up with the gravel road again at the pump station, and it's a steep gravel road climb back to the top.
