Description

Part of Soapstone Prairie Natural Area, this trail can be accessed from Canyon Trail or Plover Trail from the north, or Pronghorn Loop from the south.

This is a multi-use trail, shared with hikers and equestrians. The area is grazed by sheep and cattle, so look out for them as well.

The trail is aptly named since it takes you through a dry creekbed or sand wash. This trail isn't very fun on its own and is best used simply as a connector.
