Description

I would rather ride this road than drive the shuttle over the rough road twice.

Start at Highway 89 and follow the main dirt road. There are some steep sections, but all is rideable out to a loosely indicated parking area. It is a good warm-up for climbing Armstrong Pass and shredding the Armstrong Pass Trail much easier than doing an out and back from Fountain Place on the other side.

This is also a good way to get to the Tahoe Rim Trail with the least amount of climbing.
