Description

Jane Fonda's Workout starts off Fenton Road and flows downhill through some rock gardens. When the trail comes to a T intersection, take the right (the left is Bruise Cruise). At the next intersection, go straight across the fire road. The trail then speeds through a long but gradual downhill, following a short climb. After cresting this hill, the trail flows back downhill through a bunch of great bermed turns before ending at Notown Rd across from Orgasm.

While not necessarily directional, this trail is best ridden from Fenton Road to Notown Rd.
