An alternative route down the ridge with a ton of drops. Starts out mellow and gets harder.

Description

This trail starts off of Menny Thanks and heads down another finger. The beginning of the trail is mellow and flowy, but your ride gradually gets rowdier as you continue the descent; hence the name.

Though the trail character changes, it's mostly an intermediate trail for the duration. That being said, there a number of large rock drops over the course of the trail, with a long succession of drops appearing at the end. There are alternate ride-around options for most of the larger drops.

Arena-like rock formations add a feeling of isolation and dramatics to the SW Ridge Trail ride.
