Family Friendly As with all Florida trails, it's very flat, but takes advantage of every hill and elevation change. More hills are being added in the center sand section of the trail.

Description

This is one of the best trails I've found in South Florida. It is well-maintained by volunteers through the local biking club, FORCE in conjunction with the park.

While trails in Florida are flat, a good job has been done to add many technical elements - turns, rocks, mounds, and tree roots/branches all make this trail more fun. Also, it is really a pretty ride through canopied tropics, lakes, and swamp land.

There is lots of small wildlife - squirrels, birds, and butterflies, and lots of bugs as well, so wear repellent.
