Description

This fun trail begins at the end of Santa Fe Canyon place (also at the end of the McGonnigle Trail). Heading West, you'll drop into a very fun section of singletrack. The trail snakes along the edge of the canyon with several fun dips along the way.

In the middle section, you'll pop out into a hidden jump park. There are several side trails that lead off into some very serious jumps which are not for the faint of heart.

Continuing West, the trail gets faster and rockier with plenty of baby-head rocks and sandy corners. Towards the end, you'll pass by a small pond. Head South which will take you to a long pink concrete driveway. You'll end up on Del Vino court. This will take you directly to the Cobbles trail (which will drop you back into Penasquitos canyon at the Penasquitos Creek Falls).

On a side note: If you veer left before the pink concrete you'll connect to the Switchbacks and onto the Del Mar Mesa Preserve.
