Description

If using this trail as a one-way downhill, start from Peavine Hills Ave. and start heading east on 41649. After the dugout pit, veer left heading uphill onto singletrack to start the trail.

Follow the singletrack for 1.25 miles downhill with nice flowing turns, occasionally crossing doubletrack dirt roads. Stay on the singletrack and you'll get to the Kings Row trailhead. It's a short ride by itself but can be added to any other trails for a nice Peavine adventure.

Alternatively, this can be done as an out-and-back.

If you live or park in the NW neighborhood, I suggest riding up another way to start a one-way, east-directed route.
